This full-time role is integral to the production of premium baked goods, requiring a hands-on approach and a passion for the craft of baking.About the PositionThis position focuses on processing and laminating dough, shaping fine pastries, and upholding exacting standards within a fast-paced, high-quality environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, precision, and a desire to grow professionally within the company.Key Responsibilities

• Processing laminated dough to specification
• Shaping a range of artisan pastries
• Operating proof boxes and commercial ovens
• Using quart mixers
• Adhering strictly to health and safety standards
• Maintaining punctual and reliable attendance
• Ensuring consistency in product quality and control
• Communicating clearly and professionally with the lead baker and team
• Following all company procedures and operational policiesRequirements
• A minimum of one year's experience in working with laminated dough
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Exceptional attention to detail
