In long term positions they can be required to plan and mark.Cover Supervisor : As a Cover Supervisor you will supervise lessons where the work has already been planned (usually by the absent teacher).Teaching Assistant : A Teaching Assistant will help the teacher with duties such as set up and tidying of classrooms, prepare lesson materials, working with students to assist with their understanding and generally looking after pupils.
