Whether it be a tasty lunch, a sumptuous evening meal or a special occasion, the operations have something for everyone . They also have regular food & drink festivals and are well-respected in their communities.Due to promotion and increased business we are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to help support the running of a busy kitchen, ensuring that dishes are presented to the highest standards and are served in a timely manner.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress & forge a successful career with a great company.Requirements :

• Previous experience as a Junior Sous or Senior CDP ready for the next step.
• Background of working within a quality gastro pub or restaurant & experience of working with fresh food
• The ability to work in a busy environment and under pressure
• Would consider Chefs from both independent gastro pubs or restaurants as well as from a more corporate quality branded gastro pub / restaurant operator or hotel operator with experience of working with fresh produce.
• A real passion for food & creating great dishes
• Committed to providing the highest standards of food & service
• Calm with the ability to fit it a great team culture & a company that supports & develops its people
• Hands-on & self-motivated - happy to get stuck in where necessary
