Permanent - Full TimeWe are looking to recruit a Damp and Mould Operative to join us on our Waltham Forest R&Mcontract.About the roleWorking to deliver the best quality service, you’ll carrying out responsive painting and decorating to occupied properties, to include glossing, emulsion, and papering in addition to undertaking mould wash and eradication treatments. You’ll ensure effective preparation techniques, producing “perfect” finishes to all applications, whilst delivering exceptional customer services, ensuring our customers always come first.You’ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.About YouCandidates will ideally hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification or NVQ with excellent working H & S knowledge. Customer focused with experience of working in occupied properties, you’ll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time. With a good eye for detail and the ability to work as a team and independently, you must have sound knowledge of damp and mould treatments to fulfil this role.You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).Benefits
