Princess Royal Hospital, Orpington
Vinci, a leading provider of facilities management and infrastructure solutions, is seeking an experienced Life Cycle Project Manager to oversee the delivery and management of life cycle works at the Princess Royal Hospital in Orpington.
This is a key role with responsibility for the strategic planning and execution of maintenance, renovation, and upgrade projects across the site.
The successful candidate will ensure infrastructure performance supports the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, while maintaining compliance with all relevant healthcare and PFI regulations. Strong commercial awareness and prior PFI experience are essential to succeed in this role.
What we’re looking for :
- Proven experience managing life cycle projects within a healthcare PFI environment
- Construction CDM training or similar industry qualifications
- Sound knowledge of building systems, maintenance best practices, and statutory compliance
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to time and budget
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
