This position is a crucial role within our organisation, responsible for resourcing and liaising with clients in the industrial and logistics sectors.

Position : Delivery Consultant (Resourcer)

Hours : Monday to Friday – hours between 8am until 5 : 30pm

Pay : £23,000 to £26,000 per annum + bonus and other benefits

Key Responsibilities :

• Actively source, identify, and engage with potential candidates for our clients in the industrial and logistics sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
• Conduct candidate interviews, assess their suitability for specific roles, and provide professional feedback.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market knowledge, and any changes that may impact recruitment strategies.
• Effectively manage and coordinate the recruitment process from initial contact through to successful placement.
• Liaise closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
