We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join our client on a full-time, permanent basis. This will be a home / hybrid working role with occasional travel to head office, member events and premises. The Marketing Manager will focus on promoting the organisation as a thought leading membership organisation through digital and event channels.Key Responsibilities :

• To promote the policy, knowledge content, membership benefits and political engagement of the organisation.
• Content generation and copywriting ensuring that accurate messaging is consistent, engaging and aligned with brand identity.
• On demand generation for driving membership growth.
• Craft the digital experience through website and content strategy ensuring everything speaks directly to the target audience within and outside the sector.
• Design messaging on promotion and specific campaigns, gain a true understanding of the sector’s concerns and the operators within it and develop marketing strategies that resonate.
• Ability to project manage website amalgamation and build, as well as integrating CRM systems.Key Skills and Experience :
• Content and marketing experience through brand storytelling, copywriting and content creation.
• Social media and digital marketing – LinkedIn, You Tube and other social media channel experience.
• Experience in omnichannel marketing to increase brand visibility and recruitment generation.
• Performance marketing using omnichannel routes.
• Email marketing and automation using MailChimp.
• Web management and development using WordPress, WIX.
• Data and analytics using google and insights.
• Creative and design skills using Canva, Photoshop and InDesign.
