The Role

A position has become available within the Marketing Department at Revive Digital for an experienced Paid Search Executive to work on various clients from various industries, including eCommerce and service lead generation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced specialist looking to forge their path within a growing service within the business and make a positive difference in the day-today results by implementing new processes and proactive change in how we deliver it.

You’ll also have the opportunity to work with the broader team in conceptualising campaigns, landing pages, creative assets and more.

Job Description

We are searching for a results-driven and analytically minded Paid Search Executive with a

proven track record of delivering success in-house or within a similar agency environment.

General Task Overview

Managing our paid search campaigns across both our client accounts and those belonging to our business portfolio.
Onboarding new clients, ensuring all tracking and analytic functionality is implemented and delivered as expected.
Creating strategic plans that deliver on their monthly and quarterly objectives.
Managing the daily optimisation activities of each campaign.
Participate in client meetings, confidently providing progress updates, strategic recommendations and results.
Proactively working closely with the broader Marketing team to deliver combined strategies for various businesses and sectors.

The Ideal Candidate

You’re Google certified and up to date with the latest platform changes, allowing you to utilise the platform to its full potential.

You are passionate about your career, working within a marketing environment, and thrive on delivering strong client results.

You’re forward-thinking, passionate about the marketing industry, and understand customer experience well and how to utilise targeting, copy, and content to deliver conversions.

You’re proactive with new campaigns, putting ideas forward, making your voice heard, and being confident in your skill set.

Must Haves :

2-5 years of agency or in-house experience in a dedicated Paid Search role.

Ability to demonstrate experience and skill in your field from strategic planning to campaign execution and delivery.

Robust knowledge on implementing key conversion tracking.

Experience in audience creation and segmentation, and the ability to analyse results and data.

Proven track record in delivering strong ROI and providing detailed reports.

Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Merchant Centre.

Located within a commutable distance to our Southend-on-Sea office.

Please note : Proven experience in also delivering Paid Social campaigns through Meta will provide a decisive advantage.
