We are currently seeking a Part-time (8 Hour Contract ) Retail Sales Assistant for our South Shields store. The Retail Sales Assistant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and interacting with customers on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities :
- Providing excellent customer service to all customers and ensuring their needs are met.
- Assisting customers with their purchases, including providing advice on products and pricing information.
- Handling cash transactions, managing payment transactions and ensuring till accuracy.
- Processing customer orders, ensuring they are delivered and dispatched on time.
- Maintaining the store’s visual merchandising standards to ensure it is always clean and tidy.
- Assisting with stock management and inventory control.
