Adecco are looking to recruit a Patient Support Advisor for our client based in South Shields on a 6 month contract. This will be working 8 hour shifts between Monday - Sunday between the hours of 8am - 8pm. A rota will be provided in advance. Jobs Description : Responsible for responding to and documenting customer technical inquiries via phone calls and emails from prospective and current customers (patients and their support persons and healthcare professionals).Responsible for determining the need of each contact with the goal of achieving the best resolution.
