Resident Wellbeing & Maintenance Assistant (3 days per week)📍 South London Area | ⏳ Interim – 9 months with the potential to go permanentAre you an experienced Carer / Support Worker with a strong understanding of resident wellbeing, who is seeking a new opportunity in social housing?We’re recruiting an interim Wellbeing & Maintenance Assistant to join a respected housing association in the South London area. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a small patch of properties, for older people and providing weekly wellbeing checks, as well as health & safety checks, to ensure the safety of your residents.What You’ll Bring :

• Experience of supporting vulnerable people in the community, with the emphasis being on their wellbeing and safety
• A caring / empathetic nature with the willingness to engage on a weekly basis with face to face / telephone contact, to ensure the safety of your residents
• Some knowledge of housing would be an advantage, but this is not essential
