• Contacting the UK’s most talented candidates within the Accountancy and Finance industry via outbound calls, email, text and other platforms.
• Building a multi-skilled talent pool of candidates allowing you to be a step ahead for future recruitment plans that our International and National clients may have.
• Working in partnership with an experienced team of professional head-hunters and consultants.
• Speaking to candidates and advising them on market leading roles.
• Researching clients and job roles for specialist candidates.
• Headhunting for the most prestigious International and National firms in our industry.The ideal candidate will have the following attributes and exposure :
