Job Role : Static Site Engineer Area : London, West End Salary : Up to £45,000 DOEPurpose of the JobTo be part of the engineering team providing a reactive and planned maintenance service in a high end commercial head office. Site Engineers are to identify technical issues, provide solutions and carry out works to resolve the issues relating to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services.  All works are to be organized and carried out in a safe manner and completed to the satisfaction of our client.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out general Planned Preventative Maintenance Tasks as detailed on the Client’s schedule throughout the campusesTo source, provide details and organise / accept delivery of parts required to carry out worksCarry out Reactive Works as instructed by the Client or Working Site SupervisorCover other Engineers in the event of absenceTo complete Engineering Forms, with photos, at the end of each job, and send to Contract SupportCarry out Risk Assessments for each reactive jobAdvise the Working Site Supervisor if quotations for extra works are requiredProvide information for the Working Site Supervisor to update the Client’s Smartsheet systemEnsure compliance to the Clients Permit to Work SystemKey Skills & ExperienceExcellent communication skills both internally and externally.Excellent organisational skills.Excellent problem-solving skills.A good general education is essential, with a qualification in relevant discipline ideally NVQ level. Experience with working in client premises and forming working relationships with clients.This role is being handled by Haroun, PW Construction Recruitment.Please apply with your CV or alternatively call (phone number removed) or email haroun for more information.Find us on Facebook @PearsonWhiffinRecruitment and Instagram @PearsonWhiffinRecruitment
