Must be fully food allergen trained and well versed in all areas of kitchen and food hygiene Kitchen management experience is preferred. Candidates should be natural leaders who welcome responsibility, drive standards and optimise efficiency Candidates must have high volume catering. You must understand how to prep and deliver dishes to scale, ensuring the food is freshly prepared, nutritious & delicious Advanced DBS is essential

Our client are recruiting an Assistant Chef to work in their Young persons leisure retreat. You will be responsible for providing high quality catering for 900 guests and 260 staff. You will thrive in a busy and varied environment.
