You will be fully supported via TEAMS / phone calls or, if you live locally, you can attend the Liverpool office.Brief Role DescriptionAs an Occupational Therapist working within Gray Healthcare, you will be joining our friendly and experienced Clinical Team.This role will provide you with the opportunity to put into practice your current skills in addition to developing yourself as an autonomous practitioner.You will be part of a team providing evidence-based assessment and intervention to people with complex needs who are supported to live a meaningful life in their own homes.The successful candidate will have excellent skills in delivering the Occupational Therapy Process of assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation both through direct Service User contact where required and by providing coaching and guidance to Support Staff.Gray Healthcare’s model is underpinned by Positive Behaviour Support and as such, you will be expected to work collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure the provision of robust, positive and evidence-based support.The Ideal CandidateAre you creative, dynamic, motivated and person-centred?If so, we want you to join our team to help put the ‘fun’ in function. Mileage is paid on-top of the car allowance
