Contract Manager – PaddingtonLocation : Paddington StationSalary : Up to £68KWorking Hours : Monday – Friday, 08 : 00 – 17 : 00 Holidays : 25 Days + 8 Bank HolidaysAre you an experienced Contract Manager with a proven track record of managing technical accounts and leading engineering teams directly? We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Contract Manager to join our team at Paddington Station.Key Responsibilities : Directly manage a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and performance.Manage all technical issues.Manage P&L and budgets.Manage agreed KPI and SLA’s.Responsible for managing the company’s H&S and environmental performance on site.Plan and implement building project works.Responsible for managing the company’s quality procedures on site.Management of client relationships on a daily basis.Management of all reports.Responsible for the permit system.Oversee technical contracts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.Monitor and report on contract performance, financials, and operational delivery.Requirements : Previous experience managing technical contracts in a facilities or engineering environment.Experience of service delivery in high profile offices.Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.Proven experience in managing engineers directly, including performance management and team leadership.Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.Strong commercial acumen and budget management experience.Health & Safety knowledge (IOSH or NEBOSH qualification desirable).Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.What We Offer : Competitive salary up to £68K, dependent on experience.25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.Exciting opportunity to work on a prestigious site.Career development and progression opportunities.If you are a driven Contract Manager with the experience and skills required, apply now to be part of our dedicated team at Paddington Station
