Production and Material Planner

Location : Scunthorpe

Salary : £45,000 - £55,000

This brand-new position has been created to enhance production and material planning during an exciting phase of growth and change. You’ll take full ownership of planning, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, production schedules, and material supply.

Key Responsibilities :

• Production Planning : Create and manage production schedules for multiple machines, handling frequent retooling for diverse product lines
• Material Planning : Align raw material supplies with production needs, managing 2-3 week rolling forecasts
• Data Management : Use your Excel expertise to refine processes and make data-driven operational decisions
• ERP Integration : Contribute to the implementation and optimisation of a new ERP system to enhance planning efficiency
