The Group was established in 2020 to consolidate various existing business interests spanning multiple sectors operating within various sectors including Retail (Greens Retail), Hospitality, Property, Cleaning Hygiene & Business Supplies (Glenshire Brands), Online and Frozen Drinks (Skwishee) space. We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant General Manager as we add Pizza Hut to our Business portfolio.
Reports To : Principal Operator / Area Manager
Position Overview : Leading the restaurant management team and team members, you help direct the daily operations of an entire restaurant. Using business expertise and management skills, you keep both your team and your customers happy.
Functional Responsibilities :
- Manages all FOH and BOH operations and equipment maintenance
- Ensures adherence to all safety, sanitation and security standards and creates action plans for improvement as needed
- Ability to maintain the financial well-being of the operation by meeting food cost and labour goals
- Manages P&L statements following all financial control / security standards
- Adapts quickly to changing trends, market and environmental conditions and suitably modifies store plans to meet business targets
