You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, build a high-performing team, and develop innovative strategies that help women regain independence and stability.Key Responsibilities Include (But are not limited to) :
- Drive forward continuous service improvement and outcome-based support planning.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team committed to making a difference.
- Champion best practice in staff performance, supervision, and development.
- Manage rotas efficiently to maintain consistency while minimising agency usage.
- Oversee incidents and ensure compliance with procedures and reporting standards.
- Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders and external agencies to enhance support and referral pathways.
- Monitor budgets and resource allocation to ensure sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
- Work with our Learning and Development Manager to deliver impactful training and upskilling.What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in the care sector, with a strong understanding of housing support.
- Confident leadership in employee relations (e.g., grievances, disciplinaries).
- Excellent planning, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
