We’re looking for a confident and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic team in Scarborough on a temporary basis for 1-2 months.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring clients are well-prepared for their upcoming appointments, keeping them informed and engaged every step of the way.

Working in a fast-paced office environment, you’ll spend most of your day handling calls, confirming attendance, and providing key updates.

Some of the key Customer Service Advisor responsibilities are :

• Make warm-up calls to clients, confirming attendance and ensuring they have all necessary details.
• Conduct onboarding and welcome calls for new clients.
• Reach out to clients with updates and new information on an ad-hoc basis.
• Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and client engagement.
• Handle objections effectively and confidently communicate key messages.

n You’ll be an excellent communicator with a natural ability to build rapport quickly, confident in spending most of your day on the phone.

Being organised and detail-focused, you’ll adapt your approach to different client personalities, ensuring they feel informed and prepared.

This is an office-based role and will be working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm earning a salary of £12.31 per hour.
