As a Teaching Assistant, your role will include, but not be limited to :
- Providing 1 : 1 or group support to children with additional needs including Autism, SLD, and complex learning needs.

- Working closely with class teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams to deliver holistic support.
- Helping to create inclusive classroom environments that meet diverse needs.
- Applying your care experience to build trust and promote independence in pupils.
