At Babcock we’re working to create a safe and secure world, together, and if you join us, you can play your part as a Change Project Manager.
The Role
As a Change Project Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will responsible for supporting the business to prepare for, deliver and adopt a wide variety of change activities and initiatives.
Day-to-day, you’ll work with the Programme Manager to deliver change programs to ensure project outcomes are achieved and benefits are realised.
- Construct plans for executing multiple change projects
- Ensure plans meet the requirements of the business and other stakeholders
- Facilitate and manage workshops and data gathering exercises
- Maintain documentation of the status of the projects
- Engage with cross-functional teams to identify constraints, dependencies and risk
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and can be delivered from various locations alongside home working arrangements.
