Experienced Cover Teacher Needed in Salford (Starting After Easter 2025)
Are you a passionate and adaptable educator looking for a fulfilling role in secondary schools? We are seeking an experienced Cover Teacher to work across secondary schools in the Salford area , starting after the Easter holidays.
The Role :
Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects in the absence of the class teacher.
Maintain strong behaviour management to ensure a positive learning environment.
Build positive relationships with students and staff , fostering a supportive classroom atmosphere.
Effectively manage time and transitions to ensure engaged learning.
Ideal for those with a passion for education and for those looking to gain experience before pursuing a teaching career.
What We’re Looking For :
Previous experience as a Cover Teacher, Cover Supervisor, or in a similar role is desirable.
Strong classroom presence and ability to effectively manage behaviour.
Excellent communication skills and adaptability across different year groups and subjects.
A genuine interest in supporting young people in their education.
A reliable and professional approach to work.
