Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Runcorn, Cheshire

30,000 - £40,000

My client is a well-established law firm in Runcorn and is proud to serve a diverse and long-standing client base. Key Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality legal services for clients, focusing on sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers, and new build transactions.
Act as the key contact for clients, agents, and introducers, providing updates on transaction progress.
Ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
Manage your own caseload with support from an assistant and collaborate with fellow team members.
Engage in business development opportunities and participate in networking events.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Qualified Solicitor (minimum 5 years PQE), CILEx Fellow, or Licensed Conveyancer or also applicants with at least 5 years of relevant residential property experience.

Expertise in sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers, and new build transactions.

Ability to independently manage your caseload with minimal supervision.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Proficient in IT, with a focus on legal practice tools.

Commercial awareness and financial acumen to manage client matters.

Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage client expectations.

Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
