CES LOCUMSRoyston, Hertfordshire, EnglandWe are currently recruiting for mental health support workers for a private mental health hospital based in Royston Hertfordshire, supporting adults 18+ with various mental health conditions.
Your role will be to ensure the patients are able to live as independent a life as possible by assisting with their every day lives when needed.
Job Requirements :
- Experience working with Mental health
- DBS on update service (Desirable)
- Restraint training e.g PMVA / Mapa / CPI / Maybo
- Minimum 3 years references no gaps
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Good at problem-solving and ability to make quick decisions
