Salary : £11.72 - £12.78 per hour (£20,941.63 - £22,834.95 actual salary), based on experience and qualifications ...
Hours : Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only
Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs in a residential setting? If you're dedicated to providing care, guidance, and a nurturing environment, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Child Residential Worker.
Key Duties :
- Provide day-to-day care and support for children and young people in a residential home setting.
- Help individuals with PMLD, complex medical needs, and autism to achieve their personal goals.
- Promote a positive, inclusive environment that fosters respect and equality.
- Encourage independence while offering emotional and practical support.
- Engage in activities, outings, and routines to help develop social and life skills.
- Assist with personal care and participate in physical intervention when necessary.
