Behaviour Mentor
Location : Rotherham
Salary : £25- £30 per hour
Contract : Full Time / Part Time
Start : ASAP
GSL Education has an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Behaviour Mentor at our school in Rotherham. The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional support to manage their behaviour and achieve their full potential. This role involves developing and implementing personalized behaviour plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
Responsibilities :
- Provide tailored support to students with behavioural challenges on a one-on-one basis.
- Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
- Monitor and track students' progress, adjusting support plans as needed.
- Work closely with teachers to integrate behaviour support into classroom activities.
- Build positive relationships with students, fostering trust and respect.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress.
- Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Promote a positive and inclusive school environment.
