Job description
Job Title : Cover Supervisor
Location : Secondary Schools, Rossendale
Salary : £145 - £140 per day
Start Date : Immediate
Aspire people are currently seeking reliable, enthusiastic, and proactive Cover Supervisors to join our team in secondary schools across the beautiful Rossendale area. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the classroom, supporting students while covering teacher absences.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise classes and ensure students complete set work in a timely and productive manner.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Support the class with any questions or concerns regarding the lesson materials.
Ensure student well-being and follow school policies and procedures.
Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth school operations.
What We're Looking For :
Strong communication skills and a confident approach in a classroom setting.
Ability to manage student behavior and foster a focused, productive environment.
Previous experience working with young people (ideal but not essential).
A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and the desire to help students succeed.
Flexibility and adaptability to different school environments and subject areas.
