We're exclusivity recruiting for a Payroll Supervisor join a fast-growing firm of chartered accountants in Kent. This is a hybrid position where you can work from home up to 3 days a week and in their Rochester office 2 days a week.

Our client is a fast growing and ambitious, multi-sited practice with a modern approach to accounting. This role is suited towards an experienced and technically competent Payroll Administrator. The successful candidate for this Payroll Administrator job in Kent will oversee the payroll for a diverse portfolio of clients and be a great support to the wider team and Partners. They use BrightPay software and they're happy for candidates to work on a hybrid, or remote basis.

• Manage multiple payrolls for a diverse client portfolio.
• Support the team in respect of processes relevant to payroll and benefits.
• Managing queries related to tax, benefits, salary, allowances.
• Managing P11D’s and Annual Returns.
• CIS Returns.
• Processing P60s, P45s, start letters and induction documentation.
• Auto enrolment processes.
• Act as a mentor and leader to junior members of the team.
• Knowledge of statutory pay claims and processes.
• The ability to help grow and develop the firm’s payroll offering.
