Product Support Engineering Team Leader

We are looking for a Product Support Engineer to lead a team of Product Support Engineers and be responsible for their day - to- day activities in supporting the resolution of technical issues within the Service Centre, and enhancing the capability of the Service Centre from a technical position.
Day to day you'll be responsible for -
Line management of a team of Production Support Engineers
Manage the On-Time Delivery of the Product Support Engineering team
Lead daily activities and responsibilities of the Product Support Engineering Team
Develop the skills and behaviours of individuals within their team
Develop and enhance repair diagnostic capability across the product range
Manage interactions with airlines regarding technical enquires
Assess and develop equipment for modification / upgrade opportunities
Your skills and experiences :
Essential Expereince needed for this role -
Experience in diagnostics and repair / maintenance of electronic equipment to component level - analogue and digital circuits
Able to confidently lead on troubleshooting activities
Team management / supervisory experience
Presentable to all levels of the business
We are also looking for the following experience, but it is not essential -
Working to EASA Part Regulations
Experience gained with a civil aviation repairs environment (CMM / SIL)
