Our client based near Lincoln are looking for an Opertions Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Longer term there is a great scope of the right person to take over the day to day running of the business.This is an office based role but the role will include visits to numerous sites across the east of England from North Yorkshire down to Cambridgeshire. Planning and attention to detail are paramount as you will be overseeing a team of Engineers that build, fault find, problem solve, maintain, and carry out repairs as required. A background in contstruction or engineering is a must.Previous experience in a sales environment will be a big advantage as in this role you will need to have the ability to provide and adjust quotes and visit high net worth clients and exceed their expectations.Essential : - Previous Experience in Project / Operations Management in a construction / engineering field.- Full UK driving licence.- An enhanced DBS check will be carried out on the successful applicant.Skills and Experience :

• Accurate, efficient, and organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.
