Introductory Paragraph :
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our team in the beverage industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with SMSTS qualification, client management experience, mechanical and electrical installation oversight skills, health and safety bias knowledge who can work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities :
As the site manager you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed safely within budgetary constraints while meeting or exceeding quality standards set by clients. You will oversee different aspects such as Mechanical and Electrical installations across 6 months' project duration outside ir35 scope including some weekend works.
Qualifications / Skills Required :
SMSTS - The candidate must have achieved this certificate which demonstrates their ability to manage construction sites at senior levels effectively.
Client Management Experience - Demonstrated track record managing relationships between suppliers / vendors / stakeholders / customers according to agreed-upon metrics (cost / schedule / performance).
Mechanical And Electrical Installation Oversight Skill- Ability To Supervise On-Site Installations Of Both Mechanical And Electrical Systems
Health And Safety Bias Knowledge - Understanding of Health Policies / Safety Procedures related specifically towards Construction Activities and ability to maintain the highest standard throughout the site.
Sector Specifics :
The successful applicant should possess previous experience working within beverage production facilities; preferably manufacturing plants where hygiene regulations come into play crucially so they would need appropriate certification if applicable.
