In this role, you will continue to grow the company’s name through artistic and engaging design. The main goal of this position involves crafting and enhancing customised, innovative, and effective design solutions for their clients, both independently and as a leader within a top-performing design studio. You will handle multiple projects at once while coordinating workloads and outputs of the design team. You will work alongside the project director on projects with new and existing clients. All projects will be CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects.
Further responsibilities include :
- Supervise and coordinate deadlines and resources within the design team.
- Conduct research to generate inspiration and conceptual materials.
- Produce high-quality design pitch presentations both independently and collaboratively.
- Collaborate with Pre-Contracts to establish project budgets aligning with the project strategy while effectively managing client expectations.
- Prepare and oversee technical drawings, 3D visualizations, CAD layouts, and presentation boards.
- Lead client presentations and pitches.
- Select appropriate finishes, materials, and furnishings tailored to each client.
- Develop construction drawing packages.
- Manage interior designer teams and oversee project execution.
- Fulfill any other design-related tasks as needed by the business.

My client is offering a salary of £60,000 – £75,000 plus package. Alongside this you will be given further rewards and benefits including company pension, healthcare, free parking subsidies.
