The role will begin in June 2025, with a handover from the current manager in August. This is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract, offering the potential for a permanent position, as the clinic is part of a larger healthcare group with opportunities for growth and development.As the Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring a smooth patient experience, managing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of practice. Your leadership will be key in supporting both the clinical and non-clinical teams.Key Responsibilities :

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic
• Overseeing a team of clinical and non-clinical staff
• Ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery
• Managing budgets and financial processes
• Liaising with the clinic’s healthcare group to ensure smooth operations
• Leading recruitment, training, and development initiatives for staff
• Maintaining health and safety, compliance, and regulatory standardsRequirements :
• Proven experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar management role within a healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage budgets and financial operations effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAdditional Information :
• The role offers an excellent salary of up to £35,000, with a good work-life balance.
• Full-time hours, Monday to Thursday 08 : 15 – 17 : 30, and Friday 08 : 15 – 14 : 15. There is also the option to consider a 4-day workweek.
