Requirements

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Qualification through Learning Curve Group.

You will be taught through

46 Weekly 121 Sessions with your tutor

20 Off The Job Training

The course is a 1417 months programme.
