Experience in Years Required : 1 year as Registered Manager (preferred) or significant Deputy Manager experience ready to step up

Who we are looking for
An experienced and driven Registered Manager or a confident Deputy Manager ready to step up with a proven track record of delivering quality care and compliance within Ofstedregulated childrens homes. Youll be passionate resilient and capable of leading a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people.
Who you will be working for
Mediumsized childrens residential care provider with 100 permanent staff and over 15 homes across the region. Homes include a mix of solo dual and 3bed placements supporting young people with EBD and LD .
