• 13.68 per hour +Are you immediately available and happy to take on a new challenge ?Do you have previous NHS Gp experience using Emis or Systmone??We are working with a lovely Gp practice in the area of Poplar and surrounding areas who require the support of a Medical Receptionist / Administrator on a full time ongoing temporary basis.Our client requires someone who can hit the ground running with a good working knowledge of Emis or Systmone and previous experience working within a GP surgery, along with an excellent telephone manner and customer services skills.Duties- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment diary efficiently- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel- Maintain patient records accurately and ensure confidentiality- Process patient registrations, insurance forms, and payments- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flowQualifications- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is advantageous- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail- Proficiency in using office software and electronic health records systems- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentIf you are a proactive individual with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care through efficient administrative support, we welcome your application for the Medical Receptionist position.Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contractPay : From £13.68 per hourSchedule :
