Role Overview : As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) , you will play a vital role in supporting students with their learning and development. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to provide targeted assistance, helping students overcome challenges and engage fully in their education.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students who need additional learning assistance.
• Assist in delivering tailored learning activities to meet students' individual needs.
• Support students with literacy, numeracy, and social development.
• Work collaboratively with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Help manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a calm and focused learning space.
• Encourage students' confidence, independence, and engagement in lessons.
• Monitor and record students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents where necessary.
