Job Title : Commercial Project ManagerLocation : PooleSalary : £45-50kWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Project Manager to join a leading company in the Defence sector. You will play a key role in managing contracts, delivering projects to specifications, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities : Support the Business Development and Bids team in the planning phases of new opportunities.Create work breakdown structures, project plans, and risk management strategies.Manage new and existing contracts, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and contractual obligations.Deliver payment milestones within specified tolerances of time, cost, quality, and risk.Conduct regular contract reviews and provide detailed progress reports.Develop standardised documentation and reporting templates for use across projects and contracts.Ideal Candidates Will Have : 2+ years experience in Project Management within a technical sector.A Project Management qualification (Prince2, APM, etc.).A degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.Experience in the
Defence
industry delivering technical solutions.Lean Six Sigma
yellow or green belt (highly desirable).Engineering experience in
civil or military aviation
