Overview : Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading ingredient supplier to recruit a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator on a temp-to-perm basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of supply chain processes, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and supporting the efficient distribution of products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inventory Management : Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is maintained to meet customer demand while minimising excess inventory.
• Order Processing : Coordinate and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Supplier Coordination : Liaise with suppliers to manage purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues related to supply chain disruptions.
• Logistics Management : Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Data Analysis : Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, shipments, and other supply chain activities.
• Communication : Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, production, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Compliance : Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Problem Solving : Proactively identify and resolve supply chain issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
