Project Quantity Surveyor – PlymouthExciting Opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading national main contractor. This well-established company works across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, sports, leisure, and commercial, with a robust pipeline of multimillion-pound projects. As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful commercial delivery and profitability of a variety of prestigious projects across the region and you will be responsible for pre and post contract duties including cost monitoring and final accounts. Key Requirements : Proven experience working with a main contractorExperience on design and build projectsDemonstrable experience managing multimillion pound projectsKey Responsibilities : Independently managing high-value projectsProcuring subcontractors and managing subcontractor relationshipsPreparing Bills of QuantitiesOverseeing cash flow management for your allocated projectsAttending site meetings and conducting site visitsManaging CVRs and providing monthly cost control and reportingDesired Skills and Qualifications : Minimum HNC or equivalent qualification in constructionExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office and ProjectRelevant driving licenceWhy Apply : Generous holiday entitlement with the option toMentoring programm...
