Axcis Education are seeking an experienced teaching assistant to work with children with behavioural difficulties and those with communication, severe, profound, or complex learning difficulties in a lovely special school in Plymouth. The right candidate will need a good level of numeracy / literacy skills and be able to relate well to children and adults to build and maintain effective relationships and work as part of a team. The role requires you to be flexible, adaptable, and committed to ensure support is equally accessible and appropriate to the diverse needs of the pupils. In return, the school will offer a friendly a supportive environment where staff and pupils alike are encouraged to thrive in a happy and nurturing way. This is a full-time role.
