Payroll Officer
to join our PeopleTeam and ensure our employees are paid accurately and on time.Role Overview : As a Payroll Officer, youll be responsible for the end-to-end processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, company policies, and award conditions. Youll play a key role in supporting both our finance and HR functions with accurate and timely payroll services.Key Responsibilities :
Process
weekly / fortnightly / monthly payroll for circa 1100employeesEnsure
compliance with tax regulations, superannuation, and employment lawsMaintain and update
payroll systems and employee recordsPrepare
payroll reports for internal and external stakeholdersManage
leave entitlements, deductions, and terminationsRespond
to payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional mannerLiaise
with finance and HR to ensure payroll accuracy and efficiencyWhat Were Looking For :
