The Senior Manager, Client Services , will have responsibility for targeting, winning, developing and managing a portfolio of clients and increase revenues by selling the full range of MUFG Pension & Market Services lease advisory services’ products.
This role can be based on a hybrid basis from our central London office or our satellite office in Basingstoke, so you will need to able to ensure you can be in the office as required.

What you need :
As with any role, we want to find the right person and we want to make sure you know it’s the right role for you too. You really must have :
- A good understanding of the Public Contracts Regulations and best practice, in addition to an understanding of IFRS 16 and the lease accounting regulatory environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of internal colleagues and external customers and stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience in a leasing sales environment, with a detailed understanding of the asset finance and leasing industry
- Good knowledge of the different types of public sector and quasi-public sector bodies
- Strong presentation skills and excellent IT skills
- An ability to relate to and work with colleagues and team members at all levels, with a willingness to take a hands-on role as and when necessary
- Resilience, with the ability to remain composed, diplomatic, professional, friendly and tactful, managing your emotions in the face of pressure, setbacks and dealing with provocative situations
- A client focussed work ethic, with strong commercial awareness and great relationship management skills
- Exceptional financial skills which will enable you to manage the financials of this area of the business
- A strong, committed, proactive, ‘can do’ approach to work, with the drive, desire, motivation and energy to do a great job
- A high level of motivation to enable you to achieve revenue targets
