Employer : Teaching Personnel
Salary : £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role :
Teaching Personnel is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a welcoming school in Peterlee after the half-term break. No classroom-based experience is required; however, applicants must have experience working with children in some capacity (e.g., childcare, coaching, youth work, or volunteering). This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to step into the education sector and make a difference in young people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Assist students in small groups or one-to-one settings.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support pupils with additional needs where required.
