A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Intelligence analysis team in Cumbria Constabulary.

The Analyst provides expertise through the development and use of analytical products to assist decision making at a strategic, tactical and operational level, and to fulfil reporting requirements.

We are seeking an individual who has a high attention to detail and is highly organised and enthusiastic.

You will use appropriate analytical tools and techniques to interpret gaps, patterns and trends, assess threat, risk and harm and make recommendations in support of decision making, prioritisation and resource allocation.

You will produce written and / or verbal briefings and presentations to stakeholders to provide a clear and concise evidence-based understanding of the subject matter, including providing advice and guidance.

Previous experience of data reporting and knowledge of Microsoft Excel are essential.

You will also be provided with ongoing support and training to enable you to continually develop in the role.
