Job Introduction

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Custody Administrator to support the legal processing and administration of prisoners’ records. This role ensures accurate file management, timely release preparations, and compliance with legal guidelines. We are offering a competitive salary of £28, rising up to £29, .

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update prisoner case files and the HMPS NOMIS system.
• Validate warrants, calculate fine pay-outs, and determine accurate release dates.
• Ensure prisoners attend court on the correct dates.
• Provide administrative support for processes such as HDC, parole, recall, and complaints.
• Handle confidential information securely and professionally.
