Role : Mill Machinist

Location : Pembroke Dock

Sector : Builders / Timber Merchants / Timber Mill / Saw Mill

Salary : £26,000-£28,000 (Depending on Experience) Plus Profit Share

FULL TIME / PERMANENT POSITION

We are recruiting a Machinist to work within a successful existing team for a highly regarded Timber Materials / Building Products Supply Company. This is quite genuinely a great company to deal with and potentially work for. Some specific training can be given it should be noted that ideally some sort of timber machining experience is required to hit the ground running to some degree.

You will need to be organised, work in a tidy manner and be aware of health and safety issues. Some of the machines are controlled by computer systems so a reasonable set of IT skills is required.

The scope for progression here is good and this is a company that likes to promote from within, especially in relation to roles like this where certain skills are required. It can be hard to find those skills elsewhere!
