Estimator - Interior Fit-Out & Refurbishment Glasgow | Full-Time, Permanent £55,000-£60,000 + Car Allowance Start Date : ASAP We're working with a well-established and respected construction firm based in Glasgow, renowned for delivering high-quality refurbishments, bespoke joinery, and specialist interior fit-out projects across sectors such as commercial, leisure, retail, and heritage. They are now looking for an experienced Estimator to join their commercial team. This is a key role focused on pricing fit-out and refurbishment projects ranging from £200K to £2 million. The Role : Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for fit-out and refurbishment projects. Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for quotations. Collaborate with the commercial and pre-construction teams to develop competitive bids. Manage tender return documentation and handover to delivery teams. What We're Looking For : Proven experience estimating interior fit-outs or refurbishment works. Confident pricing works up to £2 million. Ability to interpret technical drawings and scope documents. Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
