The opportunity
The Marketing Manager | Head of Marketing will work as part of the Product and Marketing team and will be responsible for developing and implementing the organisation’s overall communications strategy (both direct and partner-focused). The aim of this role is to oversee the use of a variety of marketing and communications techniques to ensure :
- An active, direct participation in the payments ecosystem, helping customers and partners explore, understand and engage with DNA Payments at events, online and via marketing campaigns and collateral
- Leadership of a high-performing marketing team with overarching responsibility for CRM, digital, social and website activities in support of the external commercial part of the business and assisting with internal HR-related communications
- Leading customers’ communications, ensuring products and services are promoted in a clear, easy-to-understand manner
